here is my story
I have been overweight all of my adult life. I have tried every diet out there. If someone thought up a diet, I tried it. Nothing! No results or a small amount of weight lost but always to came back plus some. It was a never ending battle. I finally decided to give up on dieting all together and just accept the fact that I was always going to be overweight and miserable. Last summer I ran into an old friend whom I've not seen for quite awhile. She has always been a small woman but she looked so healthy I had to ask her what she was doing. That is when she introduced me to the Take Shape For Life program and the idea that I too could achieve optimal health. In June of 2012 I met with Louetta and started my Journey on Take Shape For Life. I have learned how to change my bad habits into good healthy habits by following Dr. A's Habits of Health book and workbook. The program is easy and convenient. I have also learned that engaging in exercise is fun and doesn't have to be some sort of torture meant to make me suffer for days. I am no longer setting on the side lines watching life pass me by. I am active and have fun with my children and my grandchildren. I am proud to say that to date I have lost 94 pounds and feel amazing. In fact, I feel so well that I have become a coach for Take Shape For Life and I want to help people all over America find their path to optimal health. Life is too short to be slowed down by extra weight and stress; when you are ready call me and I will walk the journey with you. I highly recommend you don't wait another day
